This workshop is all about the food and how to eat to boost your gut. This is not an in depth “how-to make everything”, it’s much more about:
- Trying everything and learning about the health benefits.
- Understanding how you can add a fermented/probiotic element to your diet.
- Understanding the importance of diversity, eat the rainbow of plant based foods
We will also look at how to:
- Enjoy naturally fermented foods like olives, miso, apple cider vinegar.
- Better feed our gut bacteria.
- Make better choices.
- Optimise our health.
In addition, the workshop will include Sourdough, Kefir (including coconut kefir, kefir cheese), Fermented veggies (including seasonal kraut, spicy kimchi, fermented dips/dressings), Kombucha.
The workshop includes, lots of info on gut health, fermented foods, a plant based diet, delicious recipes and a fabulous fermented lunch.
