Summer is a great time to make use of all the amazing seasonal produce and even better if you are growing your own!
Just think tomatoes , courgettes 🥒, avocados 🥑 , beetroot , radishes, basil, peppers, salad greens 🥬, herbs, edible flowers  .

The amazing thing about fermentation is that a magical microbial transformation occurs to the food and you end up with superfoods that are nutritionally superior, pre-digested, vitamin enhanced and absolutely packed with gut healing probiotics!

And its so easy, if you follow a few simple steps!
