PROBIOTIC COCKTAIL EVENING

I’m so excited to announce this one-off event, with the amazing Paul & Vannesa,  professional cocktail waiters of the Amazigh Nomad Bar! A happy, hippy and fun couple with a wealth of experience in creating amazing cocktails for every occasion!

We are bringing together the science and flavours of fermentation with mixology skills and the science of cocktails, for a fizz-tastic evening of fun!

We will be playing some fine tunes and having a bit of a party, so hope you can join us for a wonderful evening of healthy indulgence!

Think delicious cocktails, without the hangover! 

Probiotic drinks, like kombucha and water kefir, are gaining in popularity, and rightly so!
They are packed with beneficial compounds, and are the best cure for a hangover!!
They clear alcohol residues from the body super fast, support the liver, and are packed with B vitamins, live enzymes and probiotics!

So this workshop will combine the amazing detoxifying properties of these drinks, skillfully blended by our master mixologists with gin, prosecco, vodka and martini, although not all in the one drink!


….shaking, muddling, building, flaming, zesting, twisting, layering feelings, moods, vibes, colours and flavours...!


All your favourite cocktails, with a Probiotic Gut Healthy Twist!


  •   Miguttos: a gut-healthy Mojito, very sour, very fizzy with mint kombucha.
  •   Saint Gutria:    a Prosecco Sangria with fruity water kefir.
  •   Le Gutte: a French Martini, with pineapple kombucha.
  •  GutTom Collins: with zesty lemon water kefir, or rosemary & pink grapefruit, or with luscious berries & balsamic, all delicious.
  •  Espresso Martini: with coffee kombucha


I will cover the basics of kombucha and water kefir and provide some delicious gut healthy probiotic canapes and nibbles, all vegan and all mostly gluten-free.

  • Vegan probiotic sushi
  • Tamari spiced nuts
  • Probiotic dips with fermented veggie sticks
  • Rye sourdough canapes
  • M amous probiotic chocolate and wee kombucha ice lollies
